Camp Oven Chilli Con Carne

This will honestly be one of the best campfire meals you will ever make!!

Serves 6


1 Brown Onion
1 Carrot
1 Red Capsicum
500g Beef Mince
1 Canned tomatoes
1 Tbs Beef stock powder
1 cup of water
I can of beans (I used Fiery Mexican style to add extra heat but you can just use kidney beans)
1 tbs Chilli powder (more or less depending on how hot you like t!)


Dice then sauté Onion, carrot and capsicum for 5 mins.

Add beef mince and brown for a minute then add remaining ingredients, stir, cover and cook for around 20-30 mins. Give it a stir a couple of times to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom.

You can eat it at is or serve with rice, avocado and sour cream.
